One of the biggest problems athletes have today is symmetry in their muscle development. This means that one muscle might be a lot stronger then the other, due to training it more. As a result; this may cause an athlete to get a wide variety of injuries.

This Website will give a daily fitness plan for serious athletes to follow, to help reduce injuries and the severeness of an injury. These plans are specifically researched mainly for football players, but will have a lot of useful tips and guidance for multiple other sports; such as running, basketball etc. There will also be plans to help athletes recover from an injury (physiotherapy.)
