Service Description

Once you have stretched it is imported to strengthen your muscle evenly. Strengthening muscles evenly is key to staying injury free. Many injuries come from weak and uneven muscles. Exercises like squats, jumping squats, lunges, sit-ups, calf raises, push-ups, bur-pees, bicep curls , kettle bell swings and planks all effectively strengthen your muscles evenly; if done with a proper technique.
